Greeter
Create a welcoming/loving environment for our guests so they experience a friendly face and feel like we are genuinely glad they are at First Baptist. People who are relaxed are more likely to respond to the sermon.
Time Commitment: 1 Sunday per month
Age Requirement: 15 and older, Middle schoolers can serve when accompanied by their parent
Welcome Desk
An outgoing group of extraverts who make guests feel welcome, answer their questions and help them get plugged into the life of the church.
Time Commitment: 1 Sunday per month
Age Requirement: 18 and older
Golf Cart Driver
The sermon starts in the parking lot... most people make the decision whether or not they will come back before they ever hear the sermon and most times, before they get to the front door. This team is a smiling group of people who are the first face of First Baptist.
Time Commitment: 1 Sunday per month
Age Requirement: 18 and older
Ushers
Creating a worship experience that is distraction free and focused on the gospel is an essential element of every Sunday morning. Ushers welcome guests and help them find their seat in the auditorium and go the extra mile to create an awesome worship experience.
Time Commitment: 1 Sunday per month
Age Requirement: 16 and older
